I am thrilled to be a part of the Family Medicine Obstetrical team here in Almonte.
I was born and raised in Barrhaven. I then spent 8 years in Kingston Ontario attending Queen’s University for my undergraduate degree (B Sc (H) Biochemistry) and medical school. I moved to Mississauga, Ontario to complete my residency in Family medicine at Credit Valley Hospital as a community site of University of Toronto. I also completed an additional training program for low risk obstetrics to further my skills in maternal care.
I then moved to Bowmanville Ontario and practiced full scope family medicine for 8 years. I then moved back home to the Ottawa area in 2017 to be closer to family.
Maternity and newborn care is my passion. Guiding mothers through pregnancy and early postpartum brings me great joy. I work with an amazing team of physicians, nurses and other health professionals here at Almonte.
I am a mother to 2 youngsters who keep me busy on my off hours with swimming, Jiu-Jitsu and enjoying the outdoors.

I completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biomedical Science at the University of Ottawa, followed by medical school at the University of Ottawa.
